• We warrant your purchased or repaired device(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (not extreme use, where item can be easily damaged)
• Warranty period begins when the buyer receives the item(s)
• Warranty does not cover replacement of DoubleSpeed, 6MB, 8MB, and 32MB chips on HP Palmtops, unless it is defective when you receive it (contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective item)
• Warranty is not valid if the buyer installs software that causes a malfunction
• Warranty is not valid if the item(s) has been tampered with or repaired by other than our technicians
